New Elementary School Update

The new elementary school update is up on the new blog. I can't believe Connor Gray will be 12 next round! He will have his trip to Peragama starting at the beginning of the round so he'll miss out on going to junior high on Earth. He'll be back in time to start high school though. Ryan Knowles and Georgia and Garrett Newson will also be heading off to junior high next time. The Newson house is now full of teens so playing next round should be fun lol. Taesha couldn't believe how many students were now enrolled at LBE! They were definitely in need of more space and a new teacher or two!

Taesha couldn't believe her little girl was in Pre-K! It seemed like only yesterday that she and Gordon were at LBU trying to figure out how they were going to manage being parents and finishing school. Now Gordon had his master's, she was teaching, and Lyria was making new friends at school. The time passed by so quickly......

Taesha was so excited that they had gotten another teacher for the school. Her class load was huge and she couldn't wait until it became a bit smaller. She knew that it was selfish, but her daughter Lyria would be starting school next year and she wanted to be able to spend time with her. The way it stood currently, she could barely keep the kids from destroying the classroom!

Ethan White was so excited to start school! It was fun being around kids other than his cousins Javion and Kayden. They were so much older and didn't like to do the the same things he and his twin brother Evan wanted to do.

Lorelai was so glad that she was able to FINALLY get another teacher to help her out at LBE. Their enrollment had doubled! Taesha Foster was a sweet girl and was eager to start teaching. Lorelai loved fresh out of college teachers, they were always so pumped. Until the kids sucked the life out of them that is........

Lorelai had to admit that she had been a bit nervous after meeting little Connor Gray and speaking with his parents. She didn't buy their silly story of little Connor having a skin disorder that caused his skin to be a pale, sickly green. Being something other than human herself, she knew when something wasn't quite right. She was concerned how the other kids would take to his differences but so far he fit in quite nicely. In fact, he and fellow pre-schooler Ryan Knowles seemed to be getting along fairly well.....

Lorelai had really enjoyed this school year, but she was also really ready for summer vacation! The kids were becoming a bit restless and everyone seemed to feel the strain of the year. Her third graders were always pretty well behaved, though.

LaQuest Beach Schools

I couldn't use the high school I downloaded by Simagroop because the lag was just too bad with all my students on it so I just decided to download two smaller schools and keep the high school separate from the elementary school. The elementary school is this lot from modthesims. The high school is this lot from thesimsresource. I had to knock down a few walls and redecorate them quite a bit, but I'm pretty pleased with the results. So here they are:

 Chloe thought her new teacher was really pretty. She was also a little scary. She didn't know why she felt that way, she just did! But she was nice so far. And this school was better than the last one she was at. So she was happy......well, she wasn't happy about having all this work on the first day!
